What To Wear

Come dressed in comfortable athletic clothing that allows for easy movement. Sessions blend hands-on table work with movement training and education, so you'll want clothing that moves with you. Shorts, leggings, sports bras, and athletic shirts are all perfect choices. The key is wearing something that lets you move freely while allowing access for manual therapy work.
